YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE...SO LET'S MAKE TODAY COUNT

YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE

MY MOM DIED YEARS AGO BUT I ALWAYS REMEMBER HER SAYING TO ME, YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE. I WAS SHORT OVERWEIGHT AND HAD LITTLE OR NO SELF ESTEEM IN MY YOUNGER YEARS. THANK GOD I HAVE CHANGED MY WAY OF THINKING AND EMBRACED THE CONCEPT THAT ALL GOD’S CHILDREN ARE BEAUTIFUL.
YOU ARE GOD’S CREATION SO MAKE TODAY COUNT.

THERE ARE SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES THAT SURROUND YOU TODAY. CAN YOU SEE THEM? TRY NOT TO MISS THEM BECAUSE THESE OPPORTUNITIES ARE ALL AROUND YOU AND ARE RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. JUST REACH OUT AND GRAB THEM AS QUICK AS YOU CAN. DO NOT EVER GIVE UP. WHEN YOU GIVE UP YOU GIVE UP THOSE OPPORTUNITIES THAT WE WERE JUST TALKING ABOUT. DON’T PASS UP THESE SECOND CHANCES.

MAYBE TODAY YOU ARE LAYING ON THE COUCH THINKING OF ALL YOUR PAST MISTAKES AND FAILURES….TODAY CAN BE A NEW BEGINNING…THINK OF ALL THAT YOU COULD BE TODAY. GOD HAS GIVEN EACH ONE OF US GIFTS, AND IF YOU ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT COMPLAIN OTHER THAN LIVING YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST IS A WASTE OF THE GIFT THAT GOD HAS PLACED IN ALL OF US. I KNOW THIS, I BELIEVE THIS.

NOW GET OFF OF THE COUCH TODAY AND MAKE TODAY COUNT. GOD BLESS.

  1. You have to make every day count because tomorrow is not promised to us....
Psalm 90:4-6 shows the contrast between God and the life of man: "For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night. You carry them away like a flood; they are like a sleep. In the morning they are like grass which grows up: In the morning it flourishes and grows up; in the evening it is cut down and withers" The psalmist compares the human life to grass in order to help us realize how helpless and weak we are without God! Grass is entirely dependent upon the sun and the rain in order for it to survive. Without these provisions, it simply withers up and dies. If we're living apart from Jesus, then our future isn't very bright. Sad but true.
