I receive letters from so many of you that are still feeling shame. For some reason you are still stuck in that dark place. Shame can make you feel as if you are not loved or accepted. I tell you that you are loved and you are accepted. You are exceptionally loved by God. There are lots of negative voices that try to cloud our head. Do you hear them? At times they can be deafening. If you listen to all of that nonsense you start to forget who God made you to be.



God always has more than we could ever imagine. So today is the first day of the rest of your life. Stop worrying and stressing. You are beautiful just as you are. Give your cares and concerns to God. Right now! Cry out to GOD....He has the power to RESTORE. Today is a new day. There is a pen in your hands. Now is the chance for you to write a beautiful NEW story for yourself. A story that is filled with hope, happiness and love. Absolutely NO SHAME!




Father I say this prayer today,

 God, if someone is hurting today, kindly visit and embrace them with your loving arms. Please give them the comfort they need and make them feel whole again!
