Classes, practice, lessons and still being a kid. He recently finished a performance and made the time to text me that he was on his way home. One of his friends took this picture and sent it to me. He is always working and striving to be the very best. I love his work ethic and the man that he is becoming. It may not be you personally, but statistically we are directly related to someone who is out there suffering. We all need support and understanding when dealing with someone affected with depression.  They have this persistent feeling of sadness and we can be a friend that lifts them up.  Depression is real. Lots of people with depression have a   loss of interest and become reclusive. We can change that by being that great source of support. God loves all his children and we can be the bridge to change someones life. Sometimes lending a hand just means lending an ear. We can all do that, Let's check on a friend today.  God Bless you all.
