Hello all and welcome back to my blog. I am so glad that you stopped by today. I have a house full of company and I have a pile of laundry and dishes calling my name. Instead of doing laundry and dishes, I decided to write a quick blog post about my day (Smile) Talk about procrastination!

Its a beautiful Saturday afternoon here in Jacksonville. I have lots of empty bottles in my backyard and trash that needs to be emptied. I look around and the memories begin to flood in. We played cards, watched movies and laughed to the wee hours of the morning. To me, this trash is worth it. My daughter Lyric is working on her hair in the bathroom, Baby Patrick is still asleep and Elijah is working on his bicycle.

I am sitting here sipping on my Dr. Pepper in one hand and a LONG to-do list in my other hand. I am not in a rush though because moments like this are slowly disappearing in time. As their mom, I am Trying to snatch moments of rest in between sibling squabbles, loads of laundry and text messaging. I would not change a single thing. I am loving my time with my children. Praying you can do the same.
