OPENING DAY ITS BASEBALL TIME...TIME FOR MY SON TO FIND HIS CONFIDENCE ONCE AGAIN WE LOVE BASEBALL AROUND OUR HOUSE AND OUR 12 YEAR OLD SON PATRICK HAS STARTED PLAYING AGAIN. THIS YEAR HE IS PLAYING IN THE POSITION OF CATCHER..... THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT HE IS PLAYING THAT POSITION AND HE HAS SOME RESERVATIONS....                                                                                                                                                   HIS FATHER AND I SAT HIM DOWN AND TOLD HIM THAT WE HAD COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN HIM.  CONFIDENT THAT HE COULD BE A WONDERFUL CATCHER FOR THE TEAM. HE WAS STILL UNEASY SO WE EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS AND GIVING IT YOUR ALL. FOR DAYS HE WENT OUT AND PRACTICED CATCHING AND THROWING WITH HIS FATHER. WITH EACH DAY HE SEEMED TO RELAX MORE AND MORE. HE IS SUCH A CONFIDENT CHILD, BUT THIS NEW CHALLENGE WAS CAUSING HIM TO GO INTO A SHELL... THE LESSO
