Living My Crazy Best Life

As most of you know, I have recently started walking every morning. I had several reasons for making this decision. The primary one was my health. I want to become healthier and live a new and improved lifestyle.  My concern is injury. With so many factors to consider I had many questions about how much, how often, what shoes to wear, what time of the day to walk and so on and so on. That is when I decided to do some research, I thought I might share what I discovered: HOW TO START WALKING 1.Start out slow and easy. What I mean is start off with slow, short sessions and build your way up 2.Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after walking. 3.Watch your posture. Walk tall. WHAT WALKING SHOE IS BEST FOR ME? 1.Lightweight 2.Low heel 3.Comfortable 4.Breathable Fabric HOW MANY CALORIES ARE BURNED WALKING ONE MILE? This will vary depending on the individual and the speed walked. An average is appx. 100 calories per mile. WHAT IS A GOOD WALKING

I am going to rely on God Today,             What about you? ARE YOU ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT ALWAYS USES THE WORD CAN'T...I CAN'T DO THIS AND I CAN'T DO THAT....IF SO, LETS START A NEW TRADITION TODAY AND STOP USING THAT WORD. YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT TODAY IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT, MORE PRODUCTIVE AND MORE UPLIFTING THAN THE PREVIOUS DAY.  DO YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS IF YOU RELY ON JESUS? IF YOU RELY ON JESUS AND NOT ON YOUR OWN POWER AND NOT ON YOUR OWN ABILITY... YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING GOD WANTS YOU TO OUR GOD HAS ALREADY SHOWED US THAT WE SHOULD RELY ON HIM...HE SENT HIS ONLY SON TO SHOW US HIS LOVE. SO WE HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT TODAY IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT AND HE WILL CONTINUE TO "WORK ALL THINGS FOR OUR GOOD". THIS MORNING TURN OVER TO THE LORD EVERY PART OF YOUR LIFE. RELY ON HIM. WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR EYES THIS MORNING RELEASE ALL OF YOUR BURDENS TO HIM AND PRAY THAT HE WILL GUIDE YOU AND GIVE YOU STRENGTH. RELY ON

THIS IS A REALLY TOUGH TIME FOR PEOPLE RIGHT NOW. THE ECONOMY, HEALTH CARE ISSUES AND THE UNCERTAINTY OF OUR FUTURES. THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME TO EXTEND OURSELVES TO OTHERS WHO MIGHT HAVE NEEDS FAR GREATER THAN OUR OWN.... I KNOW THAT RIGHT NOW YOU ARE FEELING YOUR PRAYERS ARE NOT BEING ANSWERED. YOU MAY FEEL LIKE YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY YOUR OWN CIRCUMSTANCES RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING THAT MAY HAVE YOU FALLING TO YOUR KNEES IN DESPAIR. MAYBE YOU HAVE JUST LOST A JOB. MAYBE FINANCIALLY YOU HAVE NO WAY OF PAYING YOUR OWN BILLS. MAYBE YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. OR MAYBE YOU ARE DEALING WITH THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE....... MAYBE AT HOME , AT NIGHT, WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND, YOU FEEL HOPELESS, YOU FEEL ALONE..... REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NEVER ALONE. WHATEVER YOU ARE GOING THROUGH, WHATEVER YOU ARE EXPERIENCING IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE, GOD CAN GET YOU THROUGH IT.  YOU HAVE TO TRUST IN HIM AND BELIEVE IN HIM AND OPEN UP YOUR HEART. DO NOT LET YOUR EXPERIENCES

HOW IMPORTANT IS EXTERNAL BEAUTY....  I have a 15 year old daughter. Her name is Lyric and she is slowly becoming a young woman..I have learned that my actions and my words are watched ever so closely by this beautiful young woman. She is so attentive and inquisitive. MY DAUGHTER LYRIC AGE 15 Lyric asks lots of questions and her eagerness has always made me cautious of every word that comes out of my mouth.   HOW IMPORTANT IS EXTERNAL BEAUTY....  I tell her often how beautiful she is... I tell her that External beauty is not all it appears to be. It’s good to be attractive. FIND WAYS TO ENCOURAGE SOMEONE  Father I am starting off this beautiful day with PRAISE...THANK YOU FOR MY LIFE... I thank you for today and my LOVING and SUPPORTIVE family. We want to encourage as many people as we can today and lift up those that need it...No negativity, no sorrow, no fears and no pain today...
