http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ Boy, this has sure been a tough few weeks for this Mama. My daughter Lyric and I have been filling out college applications, working with her teachers on recommendations and getting all of the paperwork ready for submission. My husband Patrick and I are more than a LITTLE excited (Smile)  http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ I have been spending a lot of time with her and trying to guide her in the right direction http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ BUT inside I am dreading the day when she finally leaves for college.  (Slowly wiping the tears way) I am doing a lot better than I was when we started this whole application process. I am mostly being as STRONG as I can for obvious reasons. She is such a smart kid, but not only that she makes me feel OK about this whole process. So no more c

Over the years I have been through a lot of deployments and lots of Homecomings.  Social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, have enabled me to keep those precious moments front and center. I LOVE these sites. These amazing social media outlets are a part of so many military lives  with just one click... Our families all over the world were able to see pictures and up-to-date activities of our service member.... http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ KEEP OUR MILITARY SAFE I like many others have used them all. I feel so blessed to be surrounded by people who love me. I had a great set of people around me that gave me great advice about what exactly I could post and what was never to be posted. We did not have a class back then, but the internet is growing and times are truly changing. I just want you all to THINK and

http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ It's DIFFICULT being a Parent, BUT  each day I find NEW ways of growing deep roots in the love of Christ  http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ Good morning everyone. Praying that each of you are having a peaceful day. today I waved goodbye as my daughter headed to college orientation and my mind was racing with emotions. I was wondering if I was a good parent and If I did everything I should of to be a positive influence to her.  http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/  After praying about it, I knew that my fears were a waste of time. God had already equipped her with the tools she needed as she was heading off by herself. As parents we have to TRUST that God has everything under control. I have learned that its quite difficult being a parent but God can prepare us with the wisdom we need to be successful in our parenting. http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/  Remember to
