We are His hands and feet here on earth! I use to be ashamed of my past mistakes and tried to keep my distance from other people. I use to grow quiet and replay the brokenness of my past over AND over again! But not anymore...I thank you Father. I am so grateful for all that I have been through. I am thankful for the rare times when I felt less than worthy and broken. I thank you for teaching me about self-worth and I am STRONGER than before. I know now that no matter what I once was, NOW, I am so much more! Things are about to get better. Hold on just a little bit longer. We all long to be loved and appreciated. Recently t he Douglas Anderson Jazz Ensemble I performed  the opening set at a special concert at UNF. It was the opening of the Great American Jazz Series that celebrated the 30th anniversary of the UNF Jazz Program and it also played tribute to founder Rich Matteson. I t was fun and had lots of rich Jazz music. The UNF Robinson Theatre was completely packed.  Don Zentz  and Douglas Anderson School Of the Arts Jazz Ensemble 1 opened for the talented  Dave Steinmeyer  and UNF JE1 in a Tribute to UNF's Jazz Studies founder Rich Matteson. In fact, He's calling you to SEEK his face during this time! I know that you may be going through a rough time. You may feel like you can't get a break no matter which door you try to open. This is your REMINDER that our Father hears your prayers. It seems as if everything is going wrong in your life and you are frustrated. Because you feel this frustration, you can't seem to understand why things aren't going the way you planned for them to go. I have been going through a storm all year and I am growing through it.
