Living My Crazy Best Life

LYRIC HAS FOUND A LOVE FOR VOLLEYBALL I love watching our kids play sports year after year.....Our daughter Lyric has never really did a lot of sports. Most of her time and energy is spent curled up reading a book. But since we have moved to Guantanamo Bay, I have watched my quiet , reserved 14 year old seize every chance she can get playing sports. No one is happier than me that she picked Volleyball this season. I LOVE TO SEE HER  DISPLAY SUCH FIRE AND DETERMINATION SHE HAD A GREAT SEASON Volleyball has always been one of my favorite sports and I just did not want to give any unnecessary pressure to her as she decided which sport that she would play. Her team came in 2nd place. We are proud that she tried something new and gave 100% in the process... So excited to see which sport she will try next.... LOOK AT HIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE FACE RECENTLY OUR DOG WHEEZY DIED... IT WAS VERY SUDDEN... ONE DAY HE WAS LEAPING OFF THE COUCH WAGGING HIS TAIL AND THE NEXT HE WAS LAYING STILL, PARALYZED AND FIGHTING THROUGH THE PAIN...... WE ALL STAYED UP WITH HIM HIS FINAL NIGHT. MY YOUNGEST SON PATRICK RUBBED HIM FOR HOURS....  UNBELIEVABLE HOW QUICKLY THINGS CHANGE. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD MISS HIM THIS MUCH... HE IS NO LONGER IN PAIN THAT BRINGS ME A GREAT DEAL OF COMFORT.....AND OUR MEMORIES THAT WE MADE WITH THAT AMAZING LITTLE DOG WILL BE  FOREVER ETCHED IN OUR HEART.... WE GAVE HIM SO MUCH LOVE ..... I have used my mother's death as a positive life experience... I KNOW that I have to get up and get going... Praying is the best thing to do... And talking to God is not hard at all.... RECENTLY MY YOUNGEST SON PATRICK PLACED RUNNER-UP IN THE SPELLING B HERE IN GUANTANAMO BAY CUBA...MY HUSBAND PATRICK AND I WAS SO PROUD OF HIM AND WAS THERE TO CHEER HIM ON WITH EACH WORD HE WAS GIVEN . JOB WELL DONE PATRICK HE COMPETED IN THE DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP AND PLACED 3RD OVERALL. HERE'S TO OUR SON PATRICK WHO IS NO LONGER A BABY. HERE'S TO THE YOUNG MAN THAT UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF DOING WELL IN SCHOOL. HE WAS NOT NERVOUS AT ALL....... THANK YOU FATHER FOR GIVING US THIS AMAZING SON WHO WE LOVE SO MUCH....
