The city is beautiful, the food is delicious and there are some traditions that last a lifetime. I moved away from Chicago, joined the Navy and started a family. I am NOT Ok  Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. It's been a really hard week for me and I ALMOST fell into the depths of despair. I lost my father this week and I felt so alone trying to figure out what to do, who to talk and how to counsel my children. I asked God a lot of questions over the past couple of weeks and you know what I feel so much stronger now. http://mycrazylifeasanavywife.blogspot.com/ Sometimes its OK to spend a moment getting those emotions out and trying to get your bearings. I could barely stand alone and then God reminded me that I didn't have to. We all have experienced a major loss in our lives...Its really inevitable.. BUT misery is optional.
