MY KIDS SURE DO LOVE THEIR IPODS

At first I was shocked at how much time the kids are looking down into their IPOD'S but the old lady learned some new things about the device this week. My daughter gave me LESSON 101 ON HOW TO USE A IPOD.

MY SON PATRICK

The kids can Facebook, send emails, text message and tweet their friends all from this device. How different things are from the time we grew up. I can still remember those huge cell phones that looked like a weapon.

MY DAUGHTER LYRIC

Still, with all my apprehensions about modern technology, this device has become a way for the kids to connect
with their cousins, keep in touch with their granny and still be a part of the friends they left behind in Florida.

THEY TEACH ME SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY..

I LOVE MY KIDS

  1. As I type this comment, my 12 year old daughter is texting her BFF. what would these kids do without these devices. We never had so many gadgets. Are we getting old?

  2. Melissa..I am not getting OLD...I AM GETTING BETTER...At least that is what I try to tell myself all the time. The changes are good ones I just have to get with the program. I just got rid of my VCR so it may just take me longer than you Melissa (smile)Let her type. That is how they stay connected now. We use to just walk out the front door and scream down the block (smile)

  4. Hello Anonymous, They usually can get their Ipods after homework, dinner and chores. that does not allow them much time during the week. But on the weekends they wake up and find their IPOds.
Since I posted this, My son Patrick has dropped his Ipod in the toilet....BYE BYE IPOD
