RELAX AND ALLOW YOURSELF A CHANCE TO BREATHE TODAY....

GET IT TOGETHER THIS MORNING

As you head out this morning, Remember to take some time today to STOP for a moment and just
BREATHE

ARE YOU GOING THROUGH A SEASON OF DIFFICULTY? DOES IT SEEM AS IF NOTHING IS GOING IN YOUR FAVOR!

Know that you are never alone, and that God is fully aware of every trial, issue, and tragedy you face. The battle was never yours in the first place...It’s the Lord’s, and it’s already won. Just keep on praying....Prayer keeps you aware of the loving arms of our Lord and cuts a path to victory...YES VICTORY..
Prayer is so simple and so powerful…

          BREATHE......                        BREATHE......

THE WORLD OUTSIDE CAN BE CRAZY

ALLOW YOURSELF TIME TODAY TO BREATHE

Take a slow, deep breath, say a prayer, take a walk and embrace this beautiful day. BREATHE and allow yourself a moment alone and let the happiness of that given moment soak in.

Thank you Jesus for giving me all that I need.

I truly feel so refreshed and full of JOY this morning...I know that all things in my life has improved since I gave my life to CHRIST.

SLOWLY I CAN OPEN MY EYES AND GET THIS DAY STARTED

NO STRESS TODAY

STOP STOP STOP

SAY A PRAYER

Through prayer, he has guided me, and he has carried me to such a wonderful and PEACEFUL place.

I know from my own testimony that through FAITH in his word, your life can be transformed. (SMILE)

Have a blessed day and remember to smile

  1. BREATHE this morning.....Smile and be pleasant to those you encounter. You might be having a rotten day, but there is NOTHING TO BE GAINED by spreading NEGATIVITY to everyone you meet...INSTEAD, Be kind and considerate to the clerk at the store or to the waiter at the restaurant, and you might find that your own troubles seem a little easier to bear. GOD BLESS!!
