Being admitted into the Hospital is no fun.......

BEING ADMITTED INTO THE HOSPITAL IS NO FUN

As mother's we tend to take care of everyone in our household and then take care of ourselves at the absolute last moment. That is what happened earlier this month. I was exhausted and I was so run down that I did not realize how bad my health was becoming.

For those of you that follow my blog, you know that I have TYPE 2 Diabetes and that I take insulin injections daily. One of my biggest problems was that I was not eating properly and my sugar levels was crazy. My doctor decided it was best if I spend some time in the hospital and get some things checked out.

I am a person that loves to eat and I have tried over the years to eat what I wanted, and not what I should be eating. This hospital stay changed my whole perspective and I am determined to eat better and take care of myself better.

If you are one of those people that put everyone else before yourself, I ENCOURAGE you this morning to stop for a moment and just be still. Take care of yourself so that you will not end up in a hospital bed eating horrible food (smile)

  1. Psalm 111:1-4 Praise the Lord! I will thank the Lord with all my heart as I met so many wonderful people during my hospital stay. How amazing are the deeds of the Lord! All who delight in him should ponder them. Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails. He causes me everyday to remember his wonderful works.
