Remembering their Sacrifice...

A military helicopter was shot down in eastern Afghanistan this week..... 31 U.S. Special Operations Troops were killed... I feel so sad this morning... Whenever there is a soldier that dies, I take the time to learn each one's name and how he or she served. 
I do this because I understand the sacrifice they made and I want to pay tribute to each fallen member by honoring them with knowing who they were. Their lives should be HONORED.






It is surprising how many people go about their day without taking a moment to appreciate the freedom they have everyday. Honor is not a trait valued by most people. But this family and hundreds of thousands of other families in this country salute you all. 

 Today I stand with other Americans and I pray for the families and I pray for peace. We shall remember your sacrifice....

    I am not standing on a soap box trying to preach. I am speaking directly from my heart. I am a Navy veteran and the wife to a Master Chief in the USN..I love my country..GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS.
