Our ALL-STATE Band adventure



            TAMPA FLORIDA HERE WE COME 

WE ARE HEADING TO TAMPA FLORIDA for my youngest son Patrick to participate in the All-State Middle School Concert Band.

I am not sure if you can see this proud mama doing her happy dance. (Smile) We are so proud of our baby boy and this is indeed a time for celebration. 
We said a small prayer and headed out for our road trip. Just me, Patrick and my beloved GPS.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN TAMPA 2014

We stayed at a beautiful place in Tampa. The hotel was the Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel. It had a wonderful view of the Bay and every morning the sun shined in and we were able to capture a vision so beautiful. It was really breathtaking there.




NICE ROOMS THAT SMELLED DELIGHTFUL 2014

 The rooms were very clean and we had such great service there. I really wish the entire family could of made this trip. My husband is currently deployed and could not make it. My oldest daughter Lyric had exams that she COULD NOT miss and my oldest son Elijah had a performance scheduled. So it was only me and my youngest Patrick.

The performance was Amazing and the kids sounded great. They practiced long hours but in the end, the music was flawless. At one point I just sat there and cried. All of the PROUD mothers and Fathers trying desperately to take it all in.

    Very Sweet - I can relate to your joy and pride, as I was there with my middle schooler, Brandon, For the All State Middle School Jazz Band. It was truly a memorable experience! Congrats!
