DEPRESSION IS REAL

To all the spouses out there that may be suffering from Depression, I encourage you to please get help…Please stay strong and have full confidence this morning that your circumstances can change…Hold your head up because the hand of GOD IS IN EVERYTHING. And he is EVERYWHERE.

Life goes so fast, life is very short....God give us the strength, the Faith, the Health to love our selves. Our children. And our family. Get up and get moving...God bless any person this morning that is feeling depressed. THINGS are going to get BETTER. Keep praying.

Let's all just breathe for a minute and trust that God will help you get through any situation you may be having today...Wherever you may be in your life during this season. Remember that God has greater things in store for you... You only have to trust and believe...DO NOT DESPAIR, be strong and confident knowing that with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE and that GOD DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE. God Bless!

  1. It's very hard to go through this. You need to be strong and have people who are there for you, and can help you pass these state.
