First of all, Mothers are working hard everyday both at work and at the house. Their cellphone is necessary  to keep on top of all that they have to do. I have three kids form age 13 to 20 so I understand the need for a cellphone....I just want parents to organize their time in a way that their children will have the full benefit of their attention.... I have to admit that sometimes I felt as if I did not have a voice. My father would do most of the talking. I guess the rule in the Chandler house was "Children should be seen and not heard."
