BEING A MOM, I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO ENCOURAGE MY CHILDREN

As you head out this morning, Remember to ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILDREN... Every time I look at this picture I can remember that day so clearly..We had just got our house built and moved in. The kids were pretty excited and my oldest son asked lots of questions and wanted to know if he would ever be able to have a house..

That simple question turned into a lesson on encouraging my kids..They need to believe that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD. we talked for over a hour on how hard work, dedication and faith in God would give them all the tools they needed to be anything and do anything that their little hearts desired.

I am sitting here thinking back to that day and I can not help but shed tears on the innocence of our kids....PLEASE, Encourage your kds and let them know that they can reach God's potential for their lives as Christ strengthens them.

ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY.

  1. Thank you Lord for watching over and protecting our children Elijah, Lyric and Patrick. Thank you for watching over them each day as they walk out the door...We thank you for the blessings you so graciously grant to them every single day..We are so grateful this morning for their health, for new beginnings and for the possibilities of their GREAT FUTURE. Today is a wonderful, magnificent day and I shall rejoice in it. I am so very blessed. Thank you.

  2. Yes, Yes, Yes! Love this post! :) If we don't encourage them, who will?

Parents need to fill a child's bucket of self-esteem so high that the rest of the world can't poke enough holes to drain it dry.

Wise people choose today what will make them happy tomorrow, but foolish people choose today only what will make them happy today....spend time and love your kids...I am so blessed. Nothing can stop me.
