Domestic violence can happen to anyone. It is happening RIGHT NOW. Maybe the lady that sits next to you at church, or maybe your neighbor who recently displayed unusual bruises. There are many women right now SUFFERING IN SILENCE. Abused women in military communities are often fearful of reporting incidents. Please do not be scared. YOU HAVE OPTIONS!! You have the strength TODAY to come forward and seek assistance. I want you to know that you are not alone. There is IMMEDIATE help on your base, at your church or at a shelter.

I want for you to stop right now and look in the mirror. You are beautiful, you are a beautiful child of God worthy of being loved and no one has the right to abuse you... NO ONE. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.






Please consider new options and seek out new possibilities TODAY to secure a better future for yourself and for your children.

  6. I had to re-post this story. It was weighing heavy on myheart and I just want to help someone today!!!

    Abuse has no place in love....You have the right to be treated with respect and not be physically or emotionally harmed by another person... You are so beautiful and you deserve to be treated with respect...If you are being abused DO NOT ISOLATE YOURSELF from your friends and family..If you suspect a friend is being abused, Please offer them your love, your patience and your understanding this morning. Please pray for whoever is being abused and ENCOURAGE them to GET HELP... It takes a lot of courage to admit being abused..So please extend yourself today. God Bless all that may read this today.
