 EASY steps 

 How many times have you wished you could push a rewind button? That's how I have felt the past few weeks. Everything was moving at the speed of light and somehow I felt like I was strangely watching the whole process. Has that ever happened to you.

 A total disconnect of what's happening yet you are right there in the midst of it. I tell you it's a really weird feeling to experience. Luckily I was able to catch myself in time to shake myself out of it and get back on track. Thank you Father.

As mothers it's imperative that we catch ourselves when we find ourselves in that mono chromatic existence. I believe it's a sign of exhaustion that if not caught quickly enough, will rob you of special moments with your family. 

STOP AND PRAY

 So I don't have any rewind buttons but I do have a large dose of reality today as I do these 3 things to get back on track...

Get lots of rest 




Manage my time 




Ask for help 




I SAT QUIETLY FOR A MOMENT AND 
SAID A PRAYER AND EVERYTHING 
GOT BACK TO THE WAY IT SHOULD 
BE
