Good morning everyone. Praying that each of you are having a peaceful day. today I waved goodbye as my daughter headed to college orientation and my mind was racing with emotions. I was wondering if I was a good parent and If I did everything I should of to be a positive influence to her.

After praying about it, I knew that my fears were a waste of time. God had already equipped her with the tools she needed as she was heading off by herself. As parents we have to TRUST that God has everything under control. I have learned that its quite difficult being a parent but God can prepare us with the wisdom we need to be successful in our parenting.

Remember to keep on praying and hanging onto his word... You can make it through any difficult moment. STAY CLOSE to Him, cry out to Him, and make Him the basis for every step of your parenting. That is the only way that I know how!

Each day I am learning to be a better parent and new ways of growing deep roots in the love of Christ. He makes me stronger and he gives me PEACE in all circumstances. What about you? Are you a good parent? Have you done everything possible to help your child succeed? Today is the day to get rooted deeply in the love of Christ. Until then, I will be praying for you.

I Begin every day by first praying for my three kids. I check my thoughts and make sure I am parenting in a way that is pleasing to God. I pray for them and put my trust in God. If God said it, he will do it. Trust Him.
