I want to say that I am extremely proud of my son Patrick on getting his first offer from Jacksonville University here in Florida! Like I always tell him, hard work pays of...He was a little impatient but I assured my son that Gods delay is not his denial! This is just the beginning of his life. I see more coming his way as he continues to study, practice his trumpet and honoring God.

It has been a true blessing from God to watch him perform playing his trumpet and keeping such good grades. Patrick, you make me so proud not only as A son but more importantly as the man you have grown up to be. Keep working hard and stay humble. Congratulations on this FIRST college offer because I know that there will be many more.

He works and he continues to volunteer and learn life skills while turning into such a fine young man. Its really tough when your parents go through a divorce and you are trying to fight through so many emotions. He had such a hard time and seeing him emerge from such a dark time is truly a blessing to see. He was able to block out the noise and focus on his school work and playing the Trumpet. What makes me most proud is that he was up this morning extremely sick but still getting his music ready for his Winter Concert.


Patrick's hard work has really paid off! I am not sure if he will choose JU, but this should be a lot of fun waiting for the offers to come rolling in. Congrats son, It’s only the beginning!
