Instead of complaining today, I choose to be more vocal about those things and people in my life that I am truly GRATEFUL for! There are so many reasons to be GRATEFUL. Make it one of your goals today to find just one thing to be GRATEFUL for. It is very important that you Keep people in your life that truly LOVE you, MOTIVATE you, ENCOURAGE you, INSPIRE you, ENHANCE you, and make you HAPPY. If you have people who do NONE of the above, then I believe its time to let them go.

Start your day smiling and saying happy and positive things. I believe that positive words of affirmation are so important. Together we can change the world with one smile at a time. Encourage someone, let them know you care and that they're appreciated.
