Breakfast at IKEA was a wonderful surprise. Have you ever eaten a meal from a IKEA store? Well I just did for the first time and it was one of the best meals that I have ever had. First of all a new store was recently built here in Jacksonville, Florida. Talk about excitement I have always loved IKEA. The only IKEA that was near to us was the Orlando store. I would hit the road once a week to visit my favorite store. The store in Orlando was my absolute favorite and I shopped there loyally for many years. But, when the new store in Jacksonville Florida was opened I lost my mind. YEAH! I was ready. Time to shop (Smile)

Although I had shopped at IKEA for years I had never eaten a meal from their cafeteria. Today would be different. I decided to order breakfast and have my morning coffee before shopping. To my amazement, my breakfast was a mere $2.00. For that price I received eggs, sausage, potatoes and Swedish pancakes. Absolutely delicious. The coffee was free that day with free refills. Can you believe it? I came to the store alone this day. Though the meal was delicious, I privately wished that I had one of the kids with me.

The coffee was perfect. It was nice and strong. I was lost in time and before I knew it I had sat there for almost two hours. Two hours, Really? Sipping coffee and reading my emails made the time just zip by. After a breakfast like that, I felt like I was ready to shop at my favorite store. To anyone looking for great deals on furniture you should definitely shop the IKEA here in Jacksonville. Oh yeah, Stop by the cafeteria and enjoy a breakfast designed for royalty too. What a delight to shop at a place that cares about every aspect of their customers experience. Two thumbs up to this great store for their wonderful prices, customer service and delicious food.
