Stress brings the sleepless nights, but PEACE allows us to lie down and sleep. I love God and the peace that loving and trusting God brings to me. Today I felt so peaceful. I woke up in a lot of pain and decided that I had to take a walk. It was a painful start but after a while I really felt like a kid again. I enjoyed the beautiful view that  was able to see this morning. I felt like a little ant that was so small in a world tat is so big. God is so good. I love all of the views in every direction. 
Praying, meditating and spending alone time with God has given me so much peace. I love to share what he has done in my life. sharing your story is the best way to bless others. We can all share our experiences both good and bad and make a difference for the Kingdom of God. May God continue blessing you as you find peace and restful sleep.
