This is a new year. Don’t let regrets hold you back. It is time to look forward not backwards! 2018 is here already. Can you believe it? It is a NEW year and I am so GRATEFUL for so many things. My family is happy and healthy and that in turn makes me happy.

My son Elijah is doing better and I thank God and his hard work for that. And my son Patrick has two offers for college. My daughter Lyric is making such a big impact at FAMU and I am proud of all three of them. My heart is so full of gratitude thinking about the goodness of God. I have such a great life, great friends and three great kids. I feel so blessed. Today as I sit here and reflect, I can honestly say, I have no regrets about 2017.

I believe that yes, it was a difficult year at times, but I made it through each trial. Each experience was meant to make me stronger and I embraced each one. Some were a little harder than others but that is where my faith came in and pulled me through. Not only me but all of my children as well. Looking back at all of the good and bad times, puts a smile to my face. God stepped in and always made a way for us. He taught me how to be stronger and my kids see the difference in me.

I tell you, I am proof that if you keep pressing forward and PRAY things will turn for the better. 2018 is here and we are already making plans for this busy year. It looks like Patrick and his pending High school graduation is going to take the center stage this year and we are all pretty excited about that. My baby boy Patrick is going to graduate WOW!

This is a new year so make it a priority to have NO REGRETS. Look forward to all of the wonderful things that God has in store for you and your family. Today I want each of you to know that I appreciate you and love you. Thank you for reading my blog and sharing in the lives of the Campbell family.

Take time each day to pray for your family and thank God for all he has done. So I pray that you will make this year your best year ever. I BELIEVE in you. I support you. And above all I love each and everyone of you. I am grateful for so many things. My three kids, my health and my family. What about you? What are you rejoicing over today? What are you looking forward to in 2018? I would love to hear from you right here at the blog. Until then, I will be praying for you.
