Or maybe you got so use to living in misery that you forgot how to be whole. No more. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. First you need to pull yourself up and then place your trust into a loving and caring God.

God cares for you so deeply and he desires to take all of your pain away. He desires to take all of your feelings of unworthiness away. He desires to totally ERASE any shame that has paralyzed you. Imagine a new life with no more fear. Just for a second, throw out your old way of doing things and in return God will give you peace and joy.
