 Good morning and thank you for joining me here on my blog once again. I want to talk today about our busy lives. I know that we get really busy at times and it is so easy to get caught up in the craziness. If we are not careful we can truly get lost in the motions. To much running around and too much thinking can only lead to your brain getting overloaded, so it's important to take a step back even if it’s just for an hour each day. Maybe you can read, meditate or even do yoga. Anything that brings you some kind of peace. Just enjoy and appreciate the little things around you. Listening to your favorite music, praying or simply just watching the world pass by. Being grateful for these little things in life will give you a much happier perspective on things.

In the midst of all the craziness you have to seek God. I want to encourage you to begin expecting God in your everyday life. He wants to walk with you and show you new things everyday. Father, I am so thankful that you are hanging in their with us. You have never turned your back on us even though we we often turn our back on you. This is our season to reflect, grow and develop endurance.
