Good Morning everyone! This post is for all of you that are trying to MOVE FORWARD after painful and toxic relationships. Often, the hardest thing for us to realize is that we ourselves are the underlying factor of our heartbreak. YES! I know that it is difficult to hear but the pain that you are experiencing is not from another person, but rather the insecurities and fears that we allowed to convince us into settling for someone who did not have the capacity to love us the way we should be loved.

YES! Trust me when I say, When we accept this truth we will no longer seek permission from them to heal or move forward. That is the revelation that I had in my life and it changed my outlook on life and allowed forgiveness to step into my life center stage. When you see your part and learn your lesson you can have peace in moving forward because you know that you'll never have to be that person again.
