Good morning all and welcome back to my page. This post is to celebrate myself. YES! Today is my birthday and I am 52 years old. My present to myself this year is a daily dose of self care. Going to take better care of myself like never before. This has to be your priority today and everyday.

Giving everyone else all of your energy and leaving yourself empty is not a wise thing to do. Trust me. Knowing your limits and not apologizing for them—is a healthy form of self care! You will feel better and get more done. I always feel better when I take the time to get proper rest, go for a walk, read a book or take care of my skin. Self care is a must my friends. Try to find more ways to replenish yourself. Embrace who you are and all that you are capable of.
