I can only speak about my own experience when I say, my divorce in 2015 was devastating. That pain nearly destroyed my faith BUT I am eternally grateful because God allowed my heart to be broken so that he could save my soul. You cannot hold grudges and be angry at people. It's nothing but wasted time. Shake it off, get back up, pray and keep moving forward.

Listen, I will not sit here and try to minimize your pain. I know what you are feeling is real. Life has a way of knocking us down but Jesus is the master planner and orchestrator. Just have faith, believe in him and keep on grinding.

Father God I Thank you for filling my lungs this morning. I will not waste a minute of my time today worrying about things that are from my past. Instead I will focus on what’s ahead of me father and not behind. May I become deeply rooted in Your word father and have it engraved on my heart. For You are my source of life. I pray these words will lift you up this morning. God Bless.
