Good morning all and welcome back to my blog. This blog post is designed especially for you. Do you love yourself? When you learn how to truly love yourself, you make it easier to see who truly loves you, and who is just there to use you. The world is really a cold and unforgiving place. So you have to learn to forgive and love yourself for the things you didn’t know at the time.

Listen, you have to learn to love yourself at every phase and in every stage of your life. I know that can be a difficult realization but you need to hear this. Life is constantly forcing us to rediscover who we are. After my surgery,  I knew I wanted to feel strong and confident so working out and eating clean became my new normal. I dropped a lot of physical weight but mentally I feel a lot lighter. A lot of cleansing and purging was necessary for me to achieve my peace.

My wish for you today is that you can heal from whatever is hurting you and learn to truly love yourself. Today is the day to experience AND express gratitude for all the amazing things that life has to offer. I harbor no negativity toward anyone from my past and I encourage the same for you.

We try to be superwoman but is that even possible? We are human and we make mistakes. Make the best choices that you can and commit to extending some grace to yourself. Don't give up and don't dare let defeat become your normal. You may not be able to do it all at one time, but you can do it all in time.
