Good Morning everyone and welcome back to my blog. So glad that you joined me here today. As most of you know, I have spent the month of August in Gainesville. Not on vacation but in ICU fighting for my life.I had some really scary moments and the truth of the matter is, I scared my children. When I woke up in ICU there were so many people in the room and everyone looked so scared. I remember thinking, Oh God I am alone here. Within moments of praying my daughter Lyric walked in the room. She made me remember why I fight so hard.  Listen, God is so amazing. I woke up in the middle of the night and my baby girl Lyric NEVER left me. There are days when I was not conscious and there were days when I was not able to communicate at all. But I remember my baby boy Patrick flying in from Colorado. LASHON CAMPBELL CEO MY CRAZY LIFE MY CRAZY LIFE BLOG BY LASHON CAMPBELL Time to go visit my favorite daughter Lyric in college. Wait, she is my only daughter. (Smile). My daughter attends FAMU in Tallahassee Florida. It is only a few hours drive in a car but I do not travel as good as I use to. I get to see her a lot but lately with our schedules, I find myself making more and more trips to go visit her. It was  a nice flight and I had a cute little rent a car. It was such a joy to see her beautiful face once again. It was a absolute delight to hold her in my arms. She is a great young lady and I marvel at how she has grown and developed. We did lots of talking and catching up and I quickly realized that she is becoming a better woman still. Each visit she changes a little. Each visit she shows me her independence more.
