                 MY SCARS ARE PROOF THAT GOD HEALS

 I am a 44 year old mother and wife. I have done and seen a lot of things in my life. I have great memories and extreme failures in my life. My scars have made me the woman that I am today and for that I do not apologize. I was sitting here thinking that we should CELEBRATE our failures in a POSITIVE way simply to learn from them and take a valuable lesson from that experience. Have you done this in the past?

I believe that Scars have one purpose. Proof that God heals. I have some deep scars that give me character. I have a story that my scars depict. I am not ashamed. What keeps me going is the promise that God has loved me since the beginning and through every single scar. One thing that I have learned is that we don't have to have it all together to be a worshiper of God. None of us do. Not one. By grace we all approach the throne of God. We live and breathe in the righteousness and mercy of Jesus. WE ARE NOT PERFECT!

NONE OF US IS PERFECT! We all have a past, a present and a future. And I believe that Gods grace is sufficient to cover it all. Every single moment whether good or bad. Never look down on yourself, each experience has made you the person that you see in the mirror. You are amazing and never let anyone tell you differently. I want you to know today that your story can be used for Gods glory. RIGHT THIS MOMENT, God can turn your brokenness into something beautiful. You are NOT your past. You are NOT your mistakes. God makes all things new. That is right! God makes all things new. I know that made you smile. Didn't it? What a wonderful thing to know. It makes me feel good hearing that.

You are special. your past mistakes do NOT define who you are. Today is a great day to start fresh. Start to forgive others and yourself. Forgive the past and forgive yourself so that you may move forward. Don't look back right now. Say goodbye to that pain....

RELEASE THE BONDAGE OF YOUR PAST   

 This is the scars we talked about. Yes your scars have purpose, but that does not mean you have to keep carrying that burden. You can be anything, do anything and achieve anything with God. God renews our mind through His Word, the anointing is in the Word! Thank you Father for this beautiful promise. So I pray that you will move forward today and NEVER hide your scars. Wear them as proof that our beloved God heals.
