Douglas Anderson School of the Arts Wind Symphony will be be performing at the FMEA President's Concert in Tampa this year! If you are in the Tampa area today, stop by the Tampa Convention Center and enjoy this wonderful music. My son Patrick Campbell plays the trumpet in this ensemble.






The concert will take place on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:30 PM. Ballroom A at the Tampa Convention Center. Come early and get yourself a good seat and don't miss a single second of this wonderful group of musicians. 




The Douglas Anderson Wind Symphony Band is filled with talented musicians and they always perform at the highest level  This ensemble gives you a range of music that soothes you in every way.

    The Douglas Anderson Wind Symphony is committed to performing the finest band literature at the highest levels of musical achievement and is the principal concert ensemble of the band program. The ensemble consistently receives superior ratings at all MPAs. The band has performed at the 1997, 2011, and 2016 Midwest Clinic in Chicago, the 2006 and 2011 BOA National Concert Festival, the 2008 MENC National Biennial Conference, the 2009 FMEA Conference, and the 2016 CBDNA Southern Div. Conference.
