My youngest son Patrick performs this week at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. Patrick has been one of 10 students selected to perform at the Senior Recital!

Douglas Anderson School of the Arts will host their Senior Recital on February 27, 2018. Guess what Trumpet player is one of the students performing. My son Patrick of course. (Smile) The night is going to be amazing. There are 10 seniors that will be performing that night. They are all so talented and the night is going to be full of immense energy and great performances. Each year the school showcases the seniors in such a phenomenal way. They get the chance to showcase their talents and share their love for music.

As parents we are all excited about this event and we are counting the days to see our children shine. Wow, they are seniors. Absolutely unbelievable that my baby boy is now a senior in high school. All of us parents are proud of our children and the entire Douglas Anderson administration. Together we have watched our seniors develop their skills and mature into the young adults that we all love. I am sure you will enjoy this event and I encourage you to come and support our seniors.

After their performance, the seniors and their parents will attend a beautiful reception. The reception will take place immediately following the recital in the Atrium and the school will celebrate these amazing seniors. This reception is hosted by the schools Band Boosters. What about you? Are your children about to embark on a great performance?
