 Good morning and thank you for stopping by my blog today. Today I want for you to STOP! That's right stop just for a minute and breathe. I know that it can be difficult at times but we have to take better care of ourselves. I am slowly learning how to take deep breaths and to trust those around me that love and care about me. Believe it or not, I will be 50 years old soon and I can honestly say that I am learning more in this season of my life than I ever have.

I am trusting and I am Believing that I can overcome anything. And you can too. You can't listen to those negative voices in your head that try to tell you that you are not good enough. Don't listen! What you have to do is you have to trust God's word and take them to heart. Believe those words and take all your problems and insecurities to the shadow of the cross and rest, let Him restore you.

I want for you to know that you are loved with a perfect Love that casts out fear! Talk to God and do not keep the pain inside. Trust in God. Trust in prayer. It really does work. When we keep the pain, the disappointments and our mistakes bottled in, it literally makes us sick. I pray that each of you reading this will be BRAVE enough to let someone know of your pain. Learn how to TRUST in God. Sometimes it's through the disappointments, the mistakes and the pain that we are led to our purpose.
