Good Morning everyone. A quick update on my progress after my surgery. Today I feel strong and vibrant. I want to take a minute to express how THANKFUL I am for the journey I have been on over the past few months. I never really truly understood just how difficult it was going to be for me to recover. It was hard to bounce back physically and emotionally. I might appear to be back to where I was but my body, just like everyone else who has major surgery has been through a lot and is still so tender.

Emotionally this time in my life has just been SUCH a roller coaster. From the joy of seeing my son Elijah walk into his greatness, to the painful rehab sessions. From being active and volunteering to being exhausted and not wanting to leave the house. From the pain of surgery to the absolute pure happiness of having all three of my children home briefly this year. Through this journey I have learned to grow and adapt, second by second to keep up with my physical Therapist. And now? With a whole new found respect for my body, I am starting to rebuild my strength again! I can’t wait to start walking again. Thank you all for your love and support.
