I woke up this morning feeling well rested and extremely peaceful. I just want to say thank you to all of you that have been supporting me here on my blog. It goes beyond simple writing. It is sharing love and personal testimonies. This blog is dedicated to supporting and encouraging women like myself not only to love the skin they we are in but also to be comfortable in it, to take care of it, to invest in it, Because it represents you.

I feel more beautiful at the age of 50 that I did at the age of 21. Like many women I have struggled with admitting that I have battled and am continuing to battle the feelings of not being enough: Not being pretty enough, Not being smart enough, not be qualified enough, NOT being ENOUGH. But as I pray, meditate and focus, I am becoming so happy and grateful that I am allowed to bring so many of you on this journey with me because I AM ENOUGH. Period! Yes, I am enough and so are you.
