Good morning all. Are you in love? Are you taking time for yourself? Are you praying? And seriously, are you loving the skin you're in? I only ask because your well being is vital to your survival. Sometimes we forget to love ourselves when we are in love. Loving someone should never require abandoning ourselves in the process. Love is where we go to become more of who we are, not less. At the age of 51 I am constantly learning to love myself. As always, I am a work in progress (Smile)  What about you?

This is your life and you should always make your own choices. You should never beg for a friendship or relationship with anyone. You matter and your time matters. You love so deeply and you deserve the same in return. If you don't receive the same love and respect you give, then its time to say BYE! You only have one life so don’t waste it. Be mindful who you invest your time in.

Remember, you can’t control what another person does. All you can do is decide whether it’s the kind of behavior you’re willing to accept. Let your unique personality, kindness and positive energy inspire confidence in others. Wherever you go today, bring your own sunshine.
