Good morning all and welcome back here to my blog. Today lets talk about your worth. You are worthy and you are beautiful. I am 51 years old and I finally understand that. What about you? I spent MANY years learning how to let go of the fear and the doubt that ran through me. When you know better you do better. Right?

Do not let anyone tell you that you are not good enough. Some people will always try to break you down both emotionally and spiritually. NO MORE! Do not be afraid to deal with the pain that constantly creeps in. Today Is going to be a good day because you and I ae going to pray. YES!

Today we will pray and ask God for the strength to pick up the pieces. He will bless us and wipe away our tears. He will do the impossible. He is going to teach us how to be the BEST version of ourselves. I know that we have scars, that we have experienced tragedy and we have had lots of pain BUT through it all, we are still beautiful.
