Good morning all and welcome back to my blog. So glad that you are able to join me here once again. A simple reminder this morning that You are beautiful and don't you ever forget that. The best of you is waiting patiently to be released. Each of you are amazing and unique. We come in every shape and every size so we MUST embrace who we are RIGHT NOW. Its only natural for our weight to go up and down at various times. I want to encourage you to love yourself no matter what. The best of you is waiting to be released.

Thank you Father for giving me the strength I needed to persevere. Thank you father for showing me that I was strong all along this journey. I learned slowly but finally I am living my best and you can too. My kids say that they have never seen me happier. Its because of you father. You never gave up on me. I pray that today is the day that you will find your inner strength.

I use to grow quiet and replay the brokenness of my past over AND over! Not anymore. I thank you Father. I am so grateful for all that I have been through. I am thankful for the rare times when I felt less than worthy and broken. I thank you for teaching me about self-worth and I am STRONGER than before. I know now that no matter what I once was, NOW, I am so much more.
