This is a new day and a new season for you. Today you are going to do more and be more than you were on yesterday. Believe that. You have to repeat these words everyday and speak them into existence.

When speaking things into existence, you can do the same with the words you have to say about yourself. It is imperative that you be kind to yourself. Stop beating yourself down, while at the same time lifting others up. I see this being done all the time with women. Love yourself and empower others to do the same. Trust me, You can do both.
